Who will supply the equipment, install it, and keep ik running smoothly?
The equipment is installed by professionals trained by the original manufacturer with clear instructions, guidelines and checklists to ensure the highest safety and quality. PureBlue Water staff test the equipment before delivery and then again after installation and commissioning. ServeU staff operate, monitor and maintain according to contractual agreements with the building or property owner.
Is the equipment smelly or noisy?
The systems are designed for quiet and hygienic operation. Ventilation systems ensure there is no odor, and the noise level is comparable to a household refrigerator when close to the systems. From the outside, there is no sound when systems are running.
Is there any danger having it in the building or in the parking lot?
Not at all. PureBlue systems are completely safe for both indoor and outdoor operation. The systems security features include, among others, ventilation, protective container and remote control & maintenance.
Who do I call if something goes wrong?
You can reach the PureBlue Water x ServeU service team 24/7 by phone, email or whatsapp. We offer both remote monitoring as service on location, to resolve any issues or errors as quickly as possible.

Can I drink the water that comes out of the system?
No. The water after the treatment process is clean, and harmful substances such as nutrients or micropollutants have been removed. Therefore, the water is fit for watering your plants, flushing your toilet or to be returned to nature. Drinking this water is not recommended.
Is the water safe for my exotic plants?
Treated water is excellent for watering your plants. Nutrients and harmful micro-pollutants have been removed and the water is free of chemicals. With our longstanding experience in horticulture, our treated water is preferred for plant health and optimal growth.
Will my property taxes go down if the building owner uses PureBlue equipment?
Lowering costs for residents and owners comes with regulatory and market changes, that is not immediate. Better use of resources, avoiding the cost and hassle of underground sewer installation and repair provides value to the entire community.
Can I get a smaller system for my vacation villa/house

How often do PureBlue systems need maintenance
Regular preventive maintenance by trained staff keep the system running smoothly. Continuous remote monitoring provides important feedback on operation and serve teams are sent as required and once per month.
Does the system work during a power outage?
PureBlue Water water treatment systems are built for extreme conditions, many are equipped with internal energy storage systems to maintain safe operation.
Can the system be upgraded or expanded later on?
By design, the systems can easily be expanded with extra capacity and features to maintain high-quality care for our water resources.
